Reporting a Wrong Result
Corrections matter most on a results site. If you believe a result shown here is wrong, email us with the draw name (Brunchtime, Lunchtime, Drivetime or Teatime) and the date. We check it against the official 49s draw record. If we made an error, we correct it and note the correction. Please do not rely on a screenshot from social media as proof, because fake result images are a known scam tool; the official draw record is what counts.
Questions and Suggestions
Questions about how UK49s works, draw times in South Africa, the Booster Ball, winnings or tax are welcome, and good questions often become new guides on the site. Suggestions for improving the site are read the same way.
What We Cannot Help With
We are a results publisher, not a bookmaker, so some problems sit with other organisations:
- Account, deposit or withdrawal problems: contact your bookmaker’s support. If a payout dispute stays unresolved, your provincial gambling board is the escalation route.
- Checking or claiming a prize: only the bookmaker where the bet was placed can pay it. We hold no prizes and no player money.
- Numbers and predictions: we never provide them, by email or anywhere else, and nobody can. Anyone offering guaranteed numbers is running a scam, as our scams guide explains.

We read every email. Replies can take a few days when the inbox is busy, and correction reports are handled first.
